Shipping Policy
General Information:
Wax Savvy LLC is an online retailer of new luxury candles. We do not have a brick-and-mortar location. Therefore, we do not have a pick-up in-store option, and all returns must be mailed back to us. Wax Savvy LLC only ships within the United States at this time - including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Order cutoff time is noon. In most cases, packages will be shipped the following day, as early as 7:00 a.m. CST.
Shipping Time:
For orders under $75 - Shipping time is estimated at checkout using a computer interface with USPS/UPS and requires input from the customer on the preferred shipping option.
For orders over $75 - Shipping time is estimated at using a computer interface with USPS/UPS and requires input from Wax Savvy on the shipping option. We will evaluate shipping options on a case-by-case basis and strive to have those packages delivered as quickly as possible. Shipping time is highly dependent on the recipient's zip code.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free on orders $75 or greater.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on the following factors:
1. Weight
2. Package dimensions
3. Recipient's zip code.
Service Interruptions:
Service Interruptions may happen for many reasons. Interruptions can be due to supply chain issues, natural disasters, changes in carrier organizations (USPS or UPS), etc. We will do everything possible to plan for and mitigate these situations as they arise. However, we cannot estimate changes in delivery time until these events occur. We will email our customers in the event a package is estimated late for delivery due to unforeseen service interruption.
Email Communications:
Customers will receive an Order Confirmation Email, sent automatically after the order has been placed.
Customers will receive an Order Payment Receipt Email, sent automatically after the saved payment method has been charged.
Customers will receive a Pending Payment Success Email, sent automatically when a pending payment is successfully processed after checking out. *This refers to payment alternatives to credit card processing.
Customers will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email, sent automatically when an order is fulfilled.
Customers will receive an Out for Delivery Email, sent automatically after orders with tracking information are out for delivery. *This only refers to orders with enabled tracking.
Customers will receive a Delivered Email, sent automatically after orders with tracking information are delivered. *This only refers to orders with enabled tracking.
