General Information:

Wax Savvy LLC is an online retailer of new luxury candles. We do not have a brick-and-mortar location. Therefore, we do not have a pick-up in-store option, and all returns must be mailed back to us. Wax Savvy LLC only ships within the United States at this time - including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. 

Order cutoff time is noon. In most cases, packages will be shipped the following day, as early as 7:00 a.m. CST.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the situation and take necessary action to remedy the issue.

Changes, Cancellations, and Returns:

Wax Savvy strives to only stock products that will meet and exceed customer expectations. However, we understand some circumstances will necessitate some returns, changes, and cancellations, but you may be charged for return shipping.

Changes and Exchanges

Explanation of Changes vs Exchanges: Changes are requests to change order items before the item has shipped. Exchanges are requests to change order items after the item has shipped. Wax Savvy LLC does not accept Exchanges. 

Changes: We ask that our customers enjoy the experience of shopping in our store and take their time while placing orders. However, sometimes we order the wrong item. It's happened to all of us. Therefore, initiate a change to your order as quickly as possible so we can make changes before the item ships. This can be done by emailing micah@waxsavvy.com with a product description and the order number found on your order confirmation email. (e.g. The Best Candle Company 16 oz Lemon and Herb Candle - Order #1001)

Exchanges: Wax Savvy LLC does not accept exchanges. Therefore, if the order has already shipped, the situation will be handled as a Return, as we cannot stop the shipment while in transit. The customer will be responsible for return shipping unless the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item. See the Returns policy below. 

Cancellations

We ask that our customers enjoy the experience of shopping in our store and take their time while placing orders. However, life is unpredictable, so we understand cancellations happen too. Please cancel as quickly as possible so we can process the cancellation before the item has shipped. Cancellations can be requested by emailing micah@waxsavvy.com with a product description and the order number found on your order confirmation email. (e.g. The Best Candle Company 16 oz Lemon and Herb Candle - Order #1001)

If the order has already shipped, the situation will be handled as a Return, as we cannot stop the shipment while in transit. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. See the Returns policy below.  

Customers cancelling items are eligible for a Refund only if the item has not shipped. See the Refund policy below. 

Returns

Returns are accepted only when the return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery. The customer may be charged for return shipping depending on the circumstances of the situation. Returned items must be in pristine, resalable condition unless they arrived damaged. Customers who received the correct  items that did not arrived damaged must submit multiple images from different angles showing no signs of use, wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any other damage, along with an explanation of why the product requires a return within 30 days of delivery.

The customer will be responsible for return costs unless the customer receives an incorrect or damaged item. If the customer receives an incorrect or damaged item, the customer will have the option of downloading and printing the return label or receiving a physical copy via mail. 

Wax Savvy LLC does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for items canceled before shipping, for returns due to a customer receiving an incorrect or damaged product, or for customer-paid returns of pristine & resalable products. Refunds will be issued immediately after an item is canceled, or after a returned product has been received and inspected. Refund transaction times will vary depending on financial institutions. Estimated refund processing time is two days, and the customer should expect to receive a refund within 10 days. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Wax Savvy LLC does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
